Continuous Affirmation Narration Test
Generates 8 approved affirmations as ONE continuous ElevenLabs request to test whether a single performance context produces a consistent male voice. Uses the same approved voice settings as production. Does not write to the production cache.

Intro/Outro Pacing Comparison
Decodes the existing cached intro/outro and inserts ~0.65s of silence at detected sentence boundaries with 15ms cosine fades to eliminate clicks. No regeneration — preserves the original voice, speed, and inflection. Only pauses ≥ 300ms are treated as sentence boundaries.
Silence detection is heuristic. A pause within a sentence is not necessarily a sentence boundary. Review the timestamps below each player to verify insertions land at the right places before approving this approach.
